Ideal for beginners & those interested in starting own batches at home. This is a hands on experience to really feel & learn more about how you can use your fermented creations at home. Understand how to successfully ferment & flourish our intestinal garden with goodness. We will have the opportunity to taste a variety of different prepared fermented recipes during the class. Everyone will return home with a jar or two of something we made during the class to enjoy its development at home thereafter.

Mention any intolerances, allergies, severe dislikes or any concerns on booking.
Please bring a few sterilized glass jars with lids or Kilner jars. Approx 500ml is a really great size if you can find it. I may also pick up or offer advice on special fermenting jars which makes life really simple! Email me for info or to order them in advance of the class.

Please bring your indoor shoes / slippers or socks.

Raw Food Class

Date & Time: Saturday 12th May 2018 11-4pm
Venue: GFGF Kitchen, Kirkton Of Auchterhouse.
Cost: £60

Are you searching for delicious, clean & adaptable recipes for feeding family, friends or entertaining or need some ideas for a healthier tasty satisfying snack for the afternoon energy slump?

Do you wish to eat more raw food but don’t know how to go beyond salad to obtain a fulfilling meal? Or have you heard about the potential self healing opportunities of raw food but not sure where to start or require a little fine tuning or tweaking? These relaxed sessions offer an ideal introduction to the many fundamental aspects which encompass raw plant based food & healthier lifestyles. We will learn to make a variety of dishes, main meals, crackers, dips, snacks or desserts & discuss how to adapt them to your own tastes & mainstream recipes when you return home if necessary.

Raw food is a perfect way to re-energize & discover benefits for our mind & body. Nature supplies us with such a vast array of ingredients so we will look into using seasonal produce as well as more exotic foods if the recipes require.

During the class you will find out about the adaptability of the recipes & so discover, you may not need to be 100% raw vegan all of the time to feel fantastic. You will realise your own potential for health, weight/fat loss if required, energy levels or pain relief – if relevant.

Classes are kept small to enable maximum quality question time & information sharing. Vegan friendly, dairy-free, wheat-free & free from refined white sugar. Please bring notebook, pen & apron. Tasters & nibbles will be available as well as herbal teas/fresh herb teas. *There will also be a small shop of GFGF products if you wish to purchase anything.

*To pre-order please email me directly & your goodies will be made up ready for collection.(see Shop page for some of the items)

Please email for more info or see Facebook Events.
