Raw / Healthy Eating Classes

Are you searching for delicious, clean & adaptable recipes for feeding family/friends?

These classes offer an ideal introduction to the many fundamental aspects which encompasses raw food.

Raw food is a perfect way to re-energize our body, there are benefits for our mind & body – well, the proof will be in the pudding! Ideal for a vegan diet & lifestyle. Nature supplies us with such a vast array of ingredients so we will look into using seasonal produce as well as more exotic if the recipes require. (We can’t leave chocolate out can we…!)

During the class you will find out about the adaptability of the recipes & so discover, you may not need to be 100% raw vegan to feel fantastic.

You will realise your own potential for health, weight/fat loss if required, energy levels or pain relief – if relevant.

If you have food intolerances then we will look at options in the raw food repertoire. Please mention any intolerances, allergies or any concerns when booking.

Classes are kept small to enable maximum quality question time & information sharing. Vegan friendly, dairy-free, wheat-free & free from refined white sugar. Please bring notebook & pen. Tasters will be available as well as herbal teas/fresh herb teas. Light Lunch Provided.

Access to the hill afterwards if you desire a wee walk or run whilst in the area so bring suitable clothing/trainers/boots.
